Horrible experience. As someone who spends 200-300 dollars a month for my household on cannabis, I will be taking my money elsewhere. Last Sunday I went in and showed my ID to a young girl at the check in. Last time I was there it was cash only, so without thinking I asked if it was still cash only. I looked up at the sign and stopped myself before finishing my question and saw there was a cash only sign. The employee responded by saying "reading comprehension is key". I'm not sure if she thought she was being funny or edgy, but as someone who has a real sales job (selling cars) I thought it was extremely unprofessional and rude. I got money out of the ATM while trying to process what exactly happened. Then I asked her if she always talks to strangers like that. Reading the prior reviews it's clear the owners and management are running a joke of an operation. HadLeaf and heirloom collective are much better choices and are 10 minutes away. I will encourage all my friends and family to avoid spending money at this establishment.

Terrible experience July first at 12:30 pm the lady scanning IDs must not like blu collar people she looked at me like trash and threw my id at me after having trouble scanning it never will shop there again heirloom always treats me right just used this place for convenience and I regret it

This place sucks! Don’t shop here! They sell overpriced products and when they don’t work they refuse to replace them! Got a cartridge for 40$ which is crazy expensive. And it didn’t work, when I brought it back to get a replacement ( with the receipt) they said they would not replace it. I will not be back!

TERRIBLE experience. If I could leave, no stars, I would. Purchased a 50$ two gram dab pen this month bought a few in bulk. Went to use one today and it doesn’t work at all!! Brought it to the store with proof of purchase and receipt and was told then cant do anything for me to compensation for the pens malfunction!! absolutely ridiculous. spoke to manager and they said i could email a complaint. Don’t waste your money with greedy companies who do not value their customers.

Living in the neighborhood and being a customer since this property was zoned by the town, and am no longer a customer because they stopped taking debit.I know this is for the convenience of the store employees but a lot of people are going to the dispensaries that take debit more, who knows if they'll stay in business by upsetting customers?
- Sofya GürelMay 1, 2026
Every time I go here I have the easiest and friendliest experience ever. The employees are always super kind and very helpful, they always have my rewards account already pulled up when I walk through the door, and the selection they have is unbeatable. Love 253!!
