  Very disappointed with my experience at 28 Grahams. I purchased a vape cartridge and didn’t open it until a few days later. When I finally tried to use it, it would not pull at all. After checking the packaging, I realized the cartridge was already expired when it was sold to me. I contacted the dispensary expecting them to stand behind the products they sell, but they refused to offer a refund or replacement because I was outside their 24-hour return window. While I understand having a return policy, I don’t think selling expired products and then refusing to make it right is acceptable customer service. Customers shouldn’t have to inspect every package for expiration dates before leaving the store, nor should they be stuck with a defective, expired product. I recommend checking expiration dates carefully before purchasing here.

  I came into this store as a paying customer to purchase product, and the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. While I was browsing, a man with long hair who said he had been running the establishment for about five years began explaining THC to me and claimed that THC is “mostly water.” I didn’t challenge him in the moment and responded politely, but this statement is blatantly false. If he genuinely believes this, it raises serious concerns about his competence to run a cannabis business. If he doesn’t believe it, then it’s even worse, it suggests a willingness to mislead customers who are relying on staff for accurate information. The situation became more unprofessional when I was leaving. Both this employee and the security guard checking IDs laughed at me. That behavior was dismissive, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate in a retail setting. Cannabis customers deserve accurate information and basic respect. Whether this was ignorance or intentional misinformation, combined with the mocking behavior at the door, the experience reflected poorly on the management and staff. If misinformation and mockery are part of the business model, customers should know before they walk in.
