This place has been out of the product I like to buy for about six weeks and I keep ending up buying stuff I wouldn’t so I don’t have to go to multiple places. When I mentioned going somewhere else to the budtender she and another employee laughed as if I was stupid for asking. Won’t be back again

I ran into an issue while shopping at 420 Grand Central today. The assistant manager, was very rude, condescending and she was escalating the issue and calling me a liar. I asked for her manager, and the store manager was very understanding and helped come to a resolution. I really appreciate the store manager that was able to defuse the situation.

Usually I wouldn't be so petty, but when I brought it up that it showed cheaper online, i checked before i went, she was kinda dismissive about it and we just applied a discount I had on my account. And yeah its only a couple of bucks, but to not even try to check and just quickly say nope its not is uhh great customer service.

Good prices, to be honest it's the best one I've been to yet. Plus the workers that work there are so helpful right when you walk in the door.

I placed an online order. When my items were being rung up the northern lights delectable dabs were advertised wrong on the 420 website (they advertised indica and comes in a blue package) and the manufacturer mislabeled their product. I asked for an exchange for the unopened product I have for a correctly packaged and label product (an indica dominant strain) and they said they don't do that. Worst accountability and customer service.

They are all absolutely gorgeous, sweet human beings I encountered on 4/11/26. Dogs are allowed, encouraged even. Helped me find exactly what I needed and answered all my silly questions. Also very satisfied with my purchase. It's 15 miles out of my way, and I'll choose them from now on.

I went there because it was the only and last place open till 11:00, I drove there as fast as I could. I pulled up right at 10:59 jumped out of my car, right when they seen me pull up I seen them run to the sign and turn it off and lock the door. They literally saw me pull in, at the last minute I know that sucks, but there was still one minute left. I drove from Centralia as fast as I could, I actually did make it here just in time, but then they walked up right when I pulled in. Literally left my car running and jumped out, and when they seen that they turned the open sign to off, and as I walked up and tried the door they locked it right then. I even said please, I just drove so far, + I did make it within a minute. She said, " sorry not their problem, they're closed now." I personally have worked at a dispensary, and have watched people pull in at the last minute, and would never do that. Never ever. We even stayed open because he had a customer in, so we would let other people in up to a certain point. But never in my life, would I run to a door and turn the open sign off and lock the door right as I see someone pulling up and running out of their car. Because of this I willNEVER EVER ever come back here. And will tell other people about this and also post on Yelp. I've never been so offended. If it was already light off, open, sign and locked that would have been different, but to run up turn the light off and then lock the door literally as I'm grabbing it to open it, to me that is the worst kind of customer service there is. But to go out of your way, not even really going out of your way cuz technically still open, and run to lock you out when it's obvious that you are trying to hurry, worst customer service, worse dispensary. Will never come back. I'm sure they don't care anyways.

1st time in. Won't go back. Very busy display cases, I wanted a small blunt. Only had 1. They get it from the back and charge you, and I didn't realize I was sold a 3.5 gram blunt that is huge, more of a party blunt than a personal. I called and talked to manager who told me I should have been familiar with the brand. Kind of argued with me. Go somewhere else that is more friendly and willing to actually act like a bud tender to ensure you are getting exactly what you want and not a cashier in a gas station.
