Extremely poor customer service. The gentleman behind the counter, and I use that term loosely was extremely rude. I asked him a question, and he immediately began giving me an attitude, insulting me, and telling me that I didn’t know what I was talking about when I was simply trying to verify how strong a particular strain was. And then, unfortunately for her, another customer came in to which he proceeded to give her attitude as well. I used to like this place. The owner was a nice dude. I love the collection, which is what drew me there, and I used to like giving them my business, but I think that has ended at this point. I’m discussed with this gentleman‘s attitude and again I use that word loosely he is not be representing this business well.

I live near this store and have shopped here a few times. The products are extremely expensive, and honestly, the quality doesn’t always justify the price. What disappointed me the most was the store manager’s rude attitude. Customer service is just as important as the products, and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I expected much better. Answer ; I have every right to share my experience as a customer. The time I posted my review has nothing to do with the concerns I raised. Instead of addressing my comments about pricing, product quality, and customer service, you chose to attack me personally. Your response only reinforces my concerns about how customers are treated!! I was in the store yesterday, and the manager’s attitude toward me was rude and unprofessional. My review is based on that experience. Whether I shop there occasionally or what time I post a review does not change the fact that customers deserve to be treated with respect
