I was very pleased with how everything looks and the product selection was great! The product sections looked much more neat and tidy (especially the joint area) than the last time I had seen. And overall looked much more aesthetically pleasing, and the prices are great! Amazing staff as always! Very impressed!!!

Worst pot shop I’ve ever been to, horrible quality and horribly rolled and packaged, it doesn’t matter the cost of what you buy. Multiple packs of joints are missing joints. I drive out of town to find better pot shops.

I used to frequent this place a lot back in the day but ever since this girl Brandy came in it hasn't been the same. She always has this condescending look about her, like she's judging you. And good luck trying to ask her anything because it will be met with at least 1 snarky remark like "Oh you don't know what solventless means?" Like I am here for help and advice, not everyone is as knowledgeable as you are. Everyone else is great but it's just her really. You know what they say though 1 bad apple ruins the whole batch. Taking my business to Mary Janes where they are happy to help me without all the attitude.

Will not be giving anymore of my business

The products and prices are good but the management is awful. Every bad thing the other stores say about this place is true. They really do tell you to test the products before driving home. I was being helped by Tiffany who said that exact thing and was visibly under the influence. 0/10 I’m never coming back again and I’m telling all my friends to stay away
- Brolug Gro OrtukJuly 11, 2026
The Staff are incredibly unprofessional. Especially their manager Tiffany. She told us to test the product before driving home to “make sure it works.” That is completely illegal!!

I drive through moses all the time and I always stop at apex. Its my favorite store or I should say was. I came through on friday and bought a cartridge. I went on my way and when I got to my destination I tried the cartridge and it didn't work. I cam back through on monday and the condescending attitude that I got from the lady was insane. Rude all over her face and she has this fake voice that you could tell was fake cause the words that came out of her mouth didnt match what she was saying!!!! Needless to say i didnt get my pen returned. Im not 100% sure but i think the ladys name was brandy that helped me. I will never go back to this store. What happened to the old apex!!! This store is absolutely trash now. Ill definitely go to Green Roads the next trip through moses. Don't recommend this store if I could've given zero stars thats what it would've been

Unfortunately after merging with a different company or new owners whatever happened, this place unfortunately has gone downhill. Uneducated employeeswho don't seem like they want to be there, I had to get my ID scanned three separate times just this last time. Twice before I got helped and then the third time just to get checked out, can't even give my phone number to someone anymore you have to scan the ID. I understand maybe getting it scanned once. But not two or three times. It gets tedious, especially in a hurry you're not in and out anymore. Depending on what employees you talk to they won't even scan your ID while other ones say they are forced to do this.

Very vast selection, however, 2 rude budtenders. I'm from out of town, so I wont be returning.
