I had a very disappointing experience at Astrobuds because of the customer service I received from Marissa. From the moment I walked in, she was not welcoming or friendly. The interaction felt cold and unprofessional. What bothered me the most was that after checking my ID, she tossed it back onto the counter instead of handing it to me. It came across as disrespectful and made me feel like I wasn’t valued as a customer. Her work attire also didn’t appear professional, which added to the overall negative impression. Customer service is a huge part of the experience, and I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect when I visit a business. I hope management addresses this because one employee’s attitude can have a big impact on whether customers choose to return. I know my choice thanks to Marissa
