Sam was a HUGE HELP since it was my first time. He explained every option to me and even mention some deals. I will be back because this will be my first time getting my medical card and I’m so excited to have friendly staff here

Well today was an awful day for this place. They cut off the pick up option 2 hours early. The wait was 2 hours long at the kiosk. The one pharmacist was not efficient and it’s unfortunate because instead of communicating and explaining the process, there are 30+ people waiting well after the store closes to get an order fulfilled. The one guy yelling, cursing and making threats caused the staff to press the panic button. I recommend team bonding for the store, improved processes, and an enhanced user experience by analyzing their current methods for productivity. I usually like it here but today was most definitely a two star performance for sure.

There have been a lot of issues with this store, but partly because this is the only dispensary around so they can’t set their prices how they want and with no competition it’s how it is, however I recently purchased what was supposed to be 14g which the package did say that, however after opening the package and only 7g fell out I’m kinda done with the place and will continue giving my money to Maryland.

The store is horribly inefficient and kept my husband waiting over an hour for no reason other than that they didn’t tell him to do the paperwork when he arrived And did not tell him to use a kiosk. Icing on the cake was it’s his birthday!

Hey, what’s up on David G and I recently started going to The Hello Club first time at a Medical cannabis dispensary I don’t normally post reviews, But when I do, I prefer The Hello Club in Woodbridge.(dos equis) A little about the reason why I am here is that I very much so am aware of the potential addiction to opiates. I injured myself last year with a catastrophic knee injury that has left me in chronic pain the rest of my life. I tell you this because I refuse to take any opiates and I refuse to be apart of a temporary fix when we have something natural. No, it does not do the same things, but an opiate may do, but when I weighed the long-term in the short-term, it was very clear to me at that point. the natural cannabis path. I recommend the RSO- Most importantly Thank you Cherrell,Juan(my dude with the pen), Sam, etc. (other kind staffers)that I’ve met so far that I don’t have the names in my memory bank. Nonetheless you all helped shape my overall experience/s. Also a special thank you towards all the back of the house staff members that package all of this up for us, prompt and very exceptional. ***thanks for reading my notes on my orders. It truly has been a blessing thank you 🤙🏻 🙏

One of the best customer service experiences I've had. Sam at the front desk is always welcoming and makes check-in easy, and I genuinely enjoy the small conversations we have while getting everything sorted out. He's also been incredibly patient with all of my technical questions about how purchasing works and has always taken the time to explain things clearly. Cherrel and Miriam are both fantastic as well. They're always helpful when I have questions, offer great recommendations, and genuinely care about helping customers find the right products. Miriam's cheerful attitude always brightens my day as well. I know there are several staff members I haven't mentioned by name, and that's only because I can't remember everyone's names. It certainly isn't because they don't deserve recognition. Every employee I've interacted with has been just as kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional as the people I've named above. Even when the store is busy and the lines are long, the entire team works together efficiently to keep things moving. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I've never had a bad experience here and always leave feeling taken care of. Thank you!

First time ever stopping in and oh my goodness Cherrell and Juan were so awesome! It sounds cheesy but it was such an incredible experience. 10/10 do recommend this location and shoutout to Cherrell and Juan again for being AMAZING!
