  The customer service at bliss +lex is beyond good, it’s GREAT. I’ve been fortunate enough to get the same sales person. Her name is Lydia. She is courteous and professional and often goes to great lengths to ensure my visits are satisfactory.

  Bad service. The staff give attitude when you ask for help, and the return policy is terrible. Overall, a disappointing experience.

  Very disappointing experience. The staff regularly smoke right outside the store entrance, which creates an unprofessional atmosphere. On top of that, when customers ask for assistance, some employees respond with attitude instead of being helpful. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming. Unfortunately, this was not my experience, and I won’t be returning.

  Large staff who are friendly. Most will really help you decide on a good choice. Personally, I stick to flower. Yes, it's safe to purchase here. They are licensed by the state and located just off the train station. Closely monitored by NYPD. The selection has grown significantly since I first visited. It's a bit pricey for the current market but still cheaper than most places throughout the city. They have dimes, dubs, eighth, quarters, halves, and fulls. Speaking from experience, if you think the corner store (spray weed) has the same quality, you're sadly mistaken. Black market bud has certainly changed for the worse.

  To Whom It May Concern, I have been a regular customer at this location for nearly a year, visiting approximately every two weeks. If you review my purchase history, you will see that I have spent a significant amount of money with your business over that time. Until this incident, I have always had positive experiences, and your staff has generally been friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. During my visit, I asked the cashier for the same disposable Select 2g Sativa pen that I normally purchase. I explained that I did not care about the flavor and also wanted to use my available rewards, which I was told totaled approximately $35. The cashier returned with a Select product, but the packaging was different from what I usually buy. Before I had the opportunity to approve the purchase, he completed the transaction and used my rewards. When I informed him that it was not the product I wanted, he processed a refund and told me that the disposable pen I normally purchase was out of stock. As I was leaving, something did not feel right, so I went back into the store and spoke with a different cashier. Within a short time, he was able to locate the exact disposable Select pen that I had originally requested. This was frustrating because I had just been told that the product was unavailable. However, because the original transaction had been refunded, I was then told that my rewards could not be used until they were returned to my account. The second cashier also processed a transaction before I had fully agreed to proceed. Once I learned that I could not use my rewards, I requested another refund so I could wait until the rewards were restored. At that point, I was told that a refund could not be issued until the manager arrived. Ironically, I later learned that the employee who initially helped me—the same person who told me the product was unavailable—was actually the manager. By this point, I had already spent roughly 30 minutes dealing with a situation that should have been straightforward. I was frustrated because I had been told the product was unavailable when it clearly was in stock, my rewards had been tied up due to the refund process, and I was unable to receive an immediate refund. When I expressed my frustration, I was asked to leave the store. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was my interaction with the doorman. As a regular customer, I provide my ID every visit and am familiar with the process. During this incident, the doorman approached me in what felt like an unnecessarily confrontational manner and attempted to intimidate me rather than help de-escalate the situation. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. My concerns are not simply about the product itself, but about the lack of communication, the handling of the transactions without my approval, being given inaccurate information about product availability, and the way I was treated as a long-time customer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews what occurred so that future customers do not have a similar experience.
