Ordered some stuff here at 7:49pm, never came at all. Very disappointing service. I don’t recommend buying from here

I called this place to see if they have the Kushy Punch they're advertising on Weedmaps, the guy that answered the phone said "go ahead and order it on Weedmaps, and if we don't have it you'll get a notification". I explained "I'm not interested on ordering on weedmaps, I'm going to pick it up. Could you please check if you have it in stock?" Something he should've done instead of suggesting that I order and wait for the notification like I have nothing to do with my life. Puts me on hold, comes back and says "we do have it in stock" I said "great! See you soon". After the worst parking experience at any shop I get there, and I'm told this is a delivery option only, you can't order it here. I said "I called and confirmed you had it!". Meanwhile the guy I had spoken to walks out and says "You spoke to me, I told you it's delivery only". And wanted to act like it was a miscommunication. It wasn't, it's his horrible customer service and product knowledge, and worst of all, he's nothing but a cowardly liar. I've been in the industry myself over a decade. I've worked with so many shops. Never ever I've met someone so ignorant about their mistakes, and having the audacity to lie in my face. He's the bald guy with lousy appearance. A bad apple you want to get rid of. I don't recommend this shop from parking situation to customer service.

Heres my reason why you should come to B&D if your ever in the valley. First off, the customer service is incredibly loving and warm. These people don’t treat you just like regular customers. They treat you like family. Especially the owner and one of the workers there, naira. Every time I come in, she brings a warm welcome in the facility. She checks up on you, ask how you and your family are doing, hell- even asks if your dog is doing better from the vet. And the owner is suuuch a friendly and loving guy. He always helps me out with finding the best products to use, depending on what I’m going to buy that day. Because I go in there a lot, he sometimes knows what I like and what I don’t like. And the cherry on top is obviously the products. Because not only are you left with a warm environment with loving people the products are amazing, you can find genuinely good deals depend depending on what day you go in for. But from the products to the people to the facility. It is run extremely well. I legitimately do not go to any other place because I know this place will always deliver to my needs. Thank you to the owner and thank you. Naira for being such loving people and for all that you do!!
