I made an order at 1:27 am when the app stated there are deliveries until 3 am. 10-15 minutes and still no eta. I ended up waiting until 2:30 and called the number multiple times to cancel. The guy hung up on me multiple times and said he will cancel the order yet I can still see the order in the app. I get that people make mistakes but the customer service was definitely lacking 😒 first time ordering from this dispensary and definitely the last time. There is nothing worse than people who play games with you and act very unprofessional. The guy still didnt cancel the order after he responded in a text that he will.

placed an order with Budzilla on July 7th, and now it’s July 9th. If I could give a lower rating than one star, I absolutely would. After contacting their delivery service number from Weedmaps, I spoke to a representative who was incredibly rude. The battery I received started malfunctioning within minutes, showing a red light on the charger. I never asked for a refund; I simply wanted to discuss options like an exchange. Instead, he aggressively accused me of trying to scam them and said it was too late, despite me never mentioning a refund. This was a terrible experience, and I strongly advise others to avoid this service
