Well My experience with the products of the shop was alright, my experience with the owner was not, I've previously bought a singular happy heads live rosin cart back in October of 2025. When I arrived home with said cart, it would not work, no matter what I tried nothing was coming out, after a few hours of trying I called this dispensary and presented my problem, as anybody with a defective product would do, he said no problem swing on by and we'll see if they could fix the issue, or if they couldn't, they would replace it with another cart of my choosing. I drove back down and talked briefly, they couldn't get it to work, so they replace it for me, I figured that was the end of the interaction, this isn't a dispensary I normally go to so never though anything else of it. Earlier this week I purchased a third shift resin cart from this dispensary, The cart worked fantastic, the strain was grape mountain x kiwi 5. Today on 4/21/26 while at the gas station across the street, i ran into the owner, I didn't recognize him, as the person who sold me the cart earlier in the week was a woman. He proceeded in passing to accuse me of running a happy head scam on him, obviously baffled, I asked what he was talking about, he claimed that the happy heads cart I returned 6 months ago, was not the cart I purchased, ive purchased 1 happy heads cart in my life. He said i was no longer welcome and i accepted it, as ive only gone twice, but i cant help but leave a review regarding the negative experience I had with the owner, very unprofessional way to go about it. Would've expected better because he seemed like a fine person when i bought the initial happy head cart, guess all it takes to get banned is recieve a faulty product. Would love a response. Accusing customer of being a thief is awful practice and I couldn't recommend going to any other dispesary in the area besides this one. PS. A scammer isnt leaving a public review. Attached some messages between a friend thats shopped there befofe and I the day I bought said faulty cart. Attached futher is the replacement I received after I returned said fsulty cart, not sure where the sharpie marks are or the sticker hes referencing are. Seeing his updated review hes delusional and clearly not within reason, if he would like to pull footage from 10/06/25 and review what was replaced, it would've been around 1-130pm check it and prove yourself wrong. Awful lying owner, finishing it up, ur ignorant pathological liar only protecting ur ego. I assumed you had a mix up but ur clearly just somebody with narcissistic tendencies, no longer updating my review 0/5 starts

This is my go to shop. Ever since I tried their Pineapple Jarritos I’ve been hooked. I like to consider this a place for connoisseurs, like myself. If you are a quality over quantity person this place is for you. I’m beyond grateful for byapptonly, and the people that stand behind it! 💚 (I’ve tried every strain and their each perfect in their own way) love you helm 💚
