I found the owners (specifically the husband) to be very rude towards local businesses and people trying to make a living by working hard. 1 star review, not for being a customer, but one star for not being treated as a human being. Much more friendly options out there ☺️

Employees are very friendly, pretty good service. Products have been pretty good. However, being confronted by the owner screaming about whether we messed with her planters was pretty strange. Interacting with her certainly changed my perspective on this place. Never going here again.

They've improved since the last time I was here (years ago). I'll be visiting again soon. The buds were great, staff was chill, and it didn't feel like walking into a clinic. Place was very clean. As I remember from previous. Very happy with my most recent purchase.

I want to say congratulations to the absolute best dispensary in Massachusetts and New York combined. I am a very regular customer to Calyx. I live an hour away in New York. I have a dispensary less than 5 min from my home and plenty more around. I would rather on any day drive an hour each way to go to Calyx then just 5 min down the road. Calyx is owned by a very special woman. Calyx is so warm and friendly with the best and I mean best products anywhere. I have had some personal issues that have kept me from Calyx for a while and it's killing me. Nothing else comes close. If you are new to cannabis or an old pro like me, why not have the best experience you can have and go to Calyx? The most beautiful people and very knowledgeable on their products. Do yourself a favor and stop in. You will keep coming back.

We usually travel from Jersey to the Berkshires during the fall season and always stop at Calyx in Great Barrington. They have a great assortment of products and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. They will answer all your questions and help you with your selections. Quick story, we were at the store a week ago and I paid with new hundred dollars bills. The next day I received a call from the store letting me know two of my hundred dollar bills were stuck together, that I had overpaid and that they were sending me a check for $100. WHAT!! To my surprise 2 days later I received that check! Restores my faith in humanity (and customer service)!!! Great store, great people, stop in and see for yourself. A very satisfied customer, Dennis
