  Best dispensary ever!! Everyone here is awesome!! I come in periodically and all I buy is shatter.. I like a "snappy blonde".. 🤣 the staff is great!! They have a great selection and price is fair! In the last 5 years or so I've never stepped foot into another shop since these guys (and gals) continuously go above and beyond my expectations every time I walk in. Fast, friendly, fun! My last visit they had just received an order and I genuinely didn't have time to wait for the restock. One of their top tier employees expedited the inventory process and it felt like maybe 2 minutes and I was on my way!! Thank you so much!!! Its worth a stop and look at the least. They are very knowledgeable and unbelievably nice!! I truly appreciate all the work you guys do at this location!! Thanks again!   Georgie was SO amazing and attentive! They remembered me when I came in and helped me find the perfect strain for me! She looked at my past history (because I have an account) and we chose the 'night wedding 13' strain that's a indica. The price was super low and I had points!! So I only had to pay $9. Georgie made my experience so nice I will always continue to come back because of them!!

  Every time I go in this dispensary I always feel like I'm such a burden, as they hate whoever walks in the door. One worker inpaticular is so rude to me when I come in and honestly I don't go back there you know who's is so much more friendlier? Well any of them are but I would suggest Oregon cannabis on glisan or cookies on halsey or kaleaha on Orient Dr they have some good customer service skills make you feel welcome as you should feel .

  I've given this dispensary multiple tries, hoping that its an off day or off season thing when I come away disappointed. But it's just a bad dispensary. I bought a dab rig along with concentrates and flower about a month ago, give or take. When I bought my rig, I asked about the banger and was told that they have it in stock and how its a good rig to get because the other rig had an uncommon banger size. So I come away feeling as though I was taken care of. A few weeks pass and my banger breaks. I swing by and tell the budtender that I'm not familiar with sizes, point out the dab rig that I had bought (the extra sitting in the display case) and said I needed a banger that fits it. She says yeah we should have that size, "finds" it and sells it to me. Thats not the problem though. The problem is that when I come back and say its the wrong size and was hoping to exchange for the right size or get credit, she tells me that they don't have that size banger. I explain that when I was sold the rig, I was told that they do have that size banger in stock frequently, and it's not an uncommon size. She says she understands, goes to the back, pulls out the exact size banger for my piece and says that she cannot sell me it because it comes as a set. To clarify further, the banger I was sold was 10 dollars, and I used 10 dollars in store points when I bought it along with oil and flower the day before. She instead offers me a tree nut? store credit coin for 10% off my next purchase, which baffles me. It's just really crappy and it made me feel like I was had. You sold me the wrong size banger, bring out the correct size and then tell me you can't exchange it. I brought it back, unused with the sticker on, and the best I got was a bunch of "I understand" and an offer to spend less money the next time I come in. There are sooooo many dispensaries that will make good on purchases and mistakes. This apparently is not one of them and I feel kicked when I'm already down. Thanks, Cannabis Nation. Edit: tried to give them a chance, explained that I couldn't do salvia with my current medical issues, got told "sorry, cant exchange it just because you dont like it." And i cried. It wasn't because I didn't like it, its because I just got out of the hospital and can't risk salvia with my current meds. Offered to come back and exchange it for an indica, I'll pay the 2 bucks extra for the indica. "no sorry olcc rules". Sure dude. And so I will never give this place a chance again, maybe I have points I can trade in for something thats trustworthy like a simple lighter (test before you buy!), and then tell em to get rid of my program profile. Also their credit card machine doesn't work which if I put my tinfoil hat on, is just a lazy excuse to have people use the atm and pay the fee instead of oh, idk, fixing your machine that yall are ALWAYS saying works over the phone until it doesnt in person? The only real thing yall had going for you compared to Nectar or anywhere else? Can't trust them with exchanges on anything they mess up on and sell you, can't ask to make a simple exchange even though I've done the same thing at other places. That have gone above and beyond to help. Yeah I'm done for good. Zero stars, turn this place into another Nectar or locally owned dispensary. P.s your decor needs work, and employees training. BYE.

  This was one of the more disappointing dispensary visits I’ve had in a while. I came in expecting knowledgeable service and help finding cannabis products that fit what I was looking for, but instead I felt like I was being steered toward the most expensive options available. The overall customer service was frustrating. At one point, an employee spent time standing with their back to customers while carrying on a conversation instead of helping people waiting to make purchases. Some of the questions being asked also felt far too personal and crossed the line from customer service into unnecessary prying. To top it off, there was pressure to leave a review in exchange for a discount. Genuine customer feedback should come from the quality of the experience, not because customers are being incentivized at the register. I came in expecting a straightforward shopping experience and left feeling like my time wasn’t respected. Between the sales pressure, lack of attention to customers, uncomfortable interactions, and the push for reviews, the visit left a poor impression and gave me little reason to return.
