Terrible place to visit customer service was not worth my time. Says online THC WAS 50% got my item and it says 30% the guy working said who does this and laughed. This is a place of business I was traveling wanted to try something different even though there were no cars in the parking lot, I see why now. The bud is good so does make everything better. The other girl working was not very friendly either. Didn’t greet customers didn’t show any enthusiastic at all. Probably won’t be back. 🤷‍♀️

I'm so glad I found this dispensary, one that cares about their community! The staff is amazing and the place is easily accessible off of 13! Check them out to get away from the big buck dispensaries!

Need to fix the online tax, prices and THC % and get it right! I'd give 5 stars if it weren't for the incompetence of this company still allowing this. Every single time you put new products on here the prices, tax amounts and THC % are all messed up! The people running the website still don't have it correct! This company is doing a great job on trying to have the right pricing for us locals though. They need to work on extract prices a little more with the rec tax on it being so high and all, but I've noticed some good prices on extract on sale days. The Tales and Travels live badder and the 2g High Supply and 2.5g Ozone buckets are nice to see in stock and not bad priced on sale days. competitor? 😄 I would've easily gave 5 stars to the new dispensary in town. Google said you were open for weeks! I am definitely not a competitor! I'm a local customer! 😆 Do you think maybe anyone can look and see that? It's too bad the "owners" would make such a stupid comment. I'm glad they're stocking Tales & Travels, Simply Herb, Savvy "and shine" and High Supply at a good price on discount days at least! Overall way better prices and products than Key and Consume, not even close! So right now this is by far the best dispensary in Carbondale. KEEP THE DRINKS STOCKED TOO PLEASE!
