I stopped going after being a client since they opened in 2022. The vibe of the employees has gone way down and the quality too. Cookies has so many great proven strain and they decide to keep the weakest strains available. I don't know what happened but is sad. It really is!!! I hope they get it together accept that times are different and go back to there roots as being the BEST. Tons of variety doesn't mean quality. Plus bad vibes and awful service not for me.

Not only is the product top quality with fair prices, but I always get amazing service at this Cookies location and the one in North Miami. Edgar and Isa were very professional and helped rectify a prior issue that I had. While most dispensary personnel at other establishments are hostile and unapologetic, Edgar and Isa took care of the situation and made me feel valued as a customer. Things like this is why I will continue to shop at Cookies over other dispensaries in Miami.
