  I wanted to give an updated review after my recent visit. Once again Pharmacist Keith is on point with his recommendations. This guy understands weed better than anyone I've met. He's a riot to speak with too. Highly recommend this Curaleaf location. Pharmacists Keith and Taylor are incredible!!!! So knowledgeable and really easy to talk to. Love this Curaleaf

  Since the new ownership, it’s soo ridiculous. They are sooo slow and so inefficient. Not bud tenders, they are cashiers. It’s really disappointing

  Updated review 5 STAR TO A 1 STAR...... I have been using cannabis now for 5 years for my pain. For the last three years I have been going to Curaleaf locations only, even if there was a closer dispensary to me. I lived in Sandy and went to the Curaleaf location in Provo. Moved down to Springville and went to the old Payson location. Now I just go to the Springville location so nice just down the street. I have never felt out of place or stupid for asking anything. The Staffing is amazingly well trained though out there locations, and friendly. They have different brands, and get new stuff from them constantly. I have to say the last couple of months things have changed With staff. A lot staff members all quite the same day. From my management experience is that its upper management creating bad work space. Very unhappy with chages. New staff is very slow even for online orders. I placed an order online at just after 4 p.m.. I went to the store and got there at just after 5 p.m.. I had to wait in line for 45 min just to go await inline agian. Finally getting out of there at 6:28p.m. my last two vist have both tanken over an hour waiting in two lines for an online order. I do have to give good review for Keith and Haley. Hopefully they get the upper management sorted out. Because for now avoid Springville location go up to provo.

  Don't come to this pharmacy unless you have all day . Every time I do an online order takes the hrs to get it ready . Even if it is ready you will still be waiting at least an hour or more . Go to Provo or the other Pharmacies do t wait your day the staff is slower than molasses.

  Love the product and people however, the wait times are absolutely ridiculous! I mean, what’s the point of ordering online when you still go in and wait anywhere from 10-30 extra minutes. It’s also frustrating when you order online and get told it’s not ready yet and to go to the back and you’ll be prioritized. Then when I go to the back the walk in line is shorter than the online line and I still have to wait!! Make that make sense!! Anyways, prepare to wait extra time and plan ahead if you are in a time crunch.

  Store is clean, Products are good and the employees are nice. The reason I gave 2 stars is because I've been coming to this location since they opened and at this point feels like a downgrade from the last store THE FOREST. I've been many times. There is ALWAYS a wait and it's not short and the employees don't try to speed things along. So I tried ordering on line (two hours in advance) the last couple of times and STILL ended having to go in and stand in the line (which they say they prioritize but both times in my experience, they didn't). So if you go, leave plenty of time! I think they need to staff people to strictly do on line orders while the others work the counter. I also think the manager could get off his computer and help customers when the store is packed. I saw an employee get yelled at by a customer and then minutes later a fight broke out between customers because of the online orders vs walk-in situation. Curaleaf I hope you're listening.... You can do better get our getting your customers in and out of the store! I know you can.

  They seem to have fixed their major staffing issue from before, as I was seen and taken care of dramatically faster than before. Deals could still stand to be a little better, but the customer service experience is night and day from how it was a month ago. (Was once a 2 star review that has been amended to reflect the improvement of service)
