What a great store. I am being super honest here. The staff are awesome. Always kind and explain any questions I have, which I can have a few. :). And the prices are very good. Oh, and the store looks so awesome! Great remolded!

Just wanted to say that dean is always an awesome help and he’s really good at what he does. Always knows the right stuff to recommend as well. 10/10 visit.

Budtender lectured me to call the Gron Mega Pearls, just “Mega” and said I was wrong to call them “Gron Mega Pearls”. Gron clearly has them listed as Mega Pearls for the one piece edible option on the site. Understand the dosed out edibles are just called pearls. Confused why the budtender rudely argued the wrong edible name, when I just asked for a Gron Mega Pearl. Won’t be returning, thank you.

Everytime I visit the staff is warm, friendly and professional. My last visit Dean helped me. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my crazy cannabis questions. Was very friendly and kind. He even answered my gamer questions 😂 when I found out he plays similar games as myself. Honestly I prefer coming here then any other place in town. Great experience everytime!

The night crew is amazing, especially Dean. I have rheumatoid arthritis, so I am in constant pain. They always recommend the best pain relief gummies, lotions and bath care items for me. He always lets me know whenever they get something new in that he thinks will help me, I always try it out and it works. Every time I walk in the whole staff looks like they are having a great time and are happy to be there.

I’ve supported DiamondTREE Eastside for years, but my last visit completely changed how I see the place. What started as a normal checkout conversation about video games turned into an employee putting labels on me, making assumptions, and then creating a public scene when I tried to step away and go to another line. The part that really stuck with me was him pointing toward the door and yelling something like, “Off to Plantae for you,” in front of other customers. That is not customer service. That is an employee using the counter as a stage to embarrass a customer because a casual conversation did not go the way he wanted. If an employee cannot separate a personal reaction from a customer interaction, they probably should not be the one controlling the tone of the room. I do not care what someone’s personal beliefs are. But when an employee starts labeling customers, escalating conversations, and making scenes in front of the store, that becomes a management issue. After years of supporting this place, I left feeling disrespected, misrepresented, and honestly shocked that this was allowed to happen. Management knows the details. I’ll leave it there.

While visiting Bend Oregon I stopped into the Diamond Tree Dispensary for some essentials. I was helped by Brittany who was very helpful and friendly. She helped find the good stuff and just what I needed for the evening.

The goddess counselor assuaged my worries, absorbed my melancholy and recommended good medicine all at the same time. Bravo.

They had a 10% Tuesday discount years ago. I went in. Got some weed left and came back to get a little bit more, not exceeding an ounce, and they then announced to me that they didn't have the 10% discount and I was lying and they threw me out. I haven't been back since. Screw this place.

Super rad shop! They have a huge variety of products and really solid prices. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. The concentrates selection is massive, they really have a bit of everything. They also have some excellent tinctures that I haven’t found at any other shop in town. Huge shoutout to Colton and the team for always taking care of me when I come by! Diamond Tree is one of my favorite shops in Bend for sure!

I love this dispensary!!!!! I love night crew, I've made friends with each one of them. I come in almost everyday and I have never been disappointed. I love the product, prices and staff, but night crew, those are the homies. Thank you Colton, Dean, Cheyenne, Dillon and if I remember correctly Brittany. You are all incredible and I appreciate you all more than you will ever know.☺️
