I went in asking about product which was no longer available to my knowledge, I had also requested the terpenes in certain specific cultivars. The person with the baseball cap and beard provided no help. I requested to see a manager but he went on to say the manager was out and told me to leave the store. After stating I meant no trouble he refused to serve me and threatened me to leave This is unacceptable service for someone who had been back and forth from your stores for sometime. I came in as a paying customer only to be turned away due to some stigma unrelated to my purchasing. South West cannabis best dayz and high country are definitely the way to go! Please do not remove this review as it should be used to improve customer service.

Extremely disappointed with this business. I’ve gone to the store multiple times during posted business hours only to find the doors locked and no explanation given. On top of that, none of the phone numbers listed online for the Santa Fe or Española locations even work, making it impossible to contact anyone. What finally pushed me to stop being a customer is the loyalty program. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here over time, only to have my loyalty points repeatedly disappear and not be honored when I try to use them. It feels dishonest and incredibly frustrating to support a business that doesn’t stand behind its own rewards system. Between the unreliable hours, disconnected phone numbers, and disappearing loyalty points, I will no longer be spending my money here. I cannot recommend this business to anyone expecting professionalism or customer appreciation.

Do not trust buying product from the Espanola dreams. I was sold a preloaded pipe unit that was not functionable. Went in to just swap it out and they would not do it. Poor quality of product poor customer service.
