Horrible service. I placed an order online and they couldn't honor it. It was my first time but they would not give me the first time discount. Weird.

Poor management, poor customer service and poor communication! I went in this past weekend 7/18/26 to try purchase product, the girl that was helping didn't know what she was doing??? After ringing me up, the receipt printed and I showed her the transaction went through my bank, she insisted it didn't go through and wouldn't give me my product. She told me to call Brittney the manager on Monday, who is impossible to get ahold of. I called another location and the employee said he pass the message on to the manager and said she would call, never got a call. So after work I went in the shop and was told they were told to tell me I would have to wait 3 days to make sure it didn't go through, the transaction went through and still no call, no product. I e-mailed NUG and no response. Now I have to go back in and hopefully get my product. At this point I don't want to do business with this shop and want a refund! NUG just bought this company, do not do business! They don't practice customer satisfaction and don't care for their customers.

Small dispensary with grade A fresh product. I found the legendary Gods Gift strain. Great experience. Welcoming and knowledgeable. Will go again. Try Oakfruitland prerolls. Hit like a champ

Warning to not go here they are very Gene and rude. They kicked me out because I wasn’t saying their prices are not too high. I mean I think they’re too high because the other five stores right across the street from them are 30% less and I was a new patient and they said it’s 50% off for brand new patients but they would not give me one disco in the card kicked me out and he said I can never come back because they don’t like my type of people in that store because they are gonna be owned by now and they’re changing their name to NUG and I remember in San Leandro. This is one of the worst businesses I’ve ever had to deal with. They cheat people and they lie, but it is a private business so they can choose their clientele, but I would be very careful going here I would be scared to here again. The guard was very threatening. This place is terrible. They all are a bunch of liars and that’s OK but I’m never going here again. I’ve been going about three times since they reopened and I was told by the management they would have deals soon, but I went there again today and there’s no deals but the prices I paid $37 for something that is about $20 at any other store around there. I don’t know why they have to lie. They claim they’re gonna have deals it’s supposed to be merging with NUG or somebody like that, but I don’t know I would be very hesitant to ever go here again. I was ripped off too much today and it’s not the Blood tenders fault he was going to talk to the management about. Maybe they could have some specials or a promotion but it’s just charging so much there just go to double eye right next-door and you will get things for about a third of the Price said Element 7 I tried to give them a chance but they just wanna have super high prices. They are getting a little bit more inventory in but not much and they just won’t discount anything and they don’t have to. Of course they don’t have to, but it does help to be competitive with all the other stores nearby But they don’t want to be so I don’t blame them. Try to charge a lot for one item and then people might not come back but I’m not gonna tell you guys how to do your business cause you know what you’re doing just like the rude manager said a few weeks ago well we just opened. We will have deals later on maybe I had to give them only one star they also have very limited hours. They’re only open from 11 AM till 7 PM and that’s the way they are and there’s nothing wrong with that new paragraph it’s just very annoying that you don’t really care about customers at all, they just want to make money.
