i do not get the bad reviews at all! I’ve been coming here for several years and never had an issue. The staff is all good and there’s a huge selection for everybody. Sorry, but I had to chime in because I never had an issue and I find these guys to be good and helpful.

If you advertise that you have delivery until 9pm- then stop cutting delivery each night 10 and 15 minutes early. I have tried so many times to order 30 minutes before cut off- only to find you guys have closed delivery options EARLIER than you post on your website. Be consistent or else your customers will go elsewhere. I order for you guys alot- all I'm asking for is consistency on closure times. If you want to close earlier - then change the closing times on your website. It's really that simple.

Not a good spot. The flower is brown like the leaves in autumn 🍂. The customer service was not helpful. And the security is a bit invasive. Just a whole uncomfortable experience.

Updated review: As far as cannabis dispensaries go, they keep a decent selection similar to other designer chains, with designer prices to match. Some deals. Good vibes most of the time but can be a wait. 💲💲💲

2-2.5 stars depending on the day for this place. Most carts I get from them already pre smacked you can tell by the big bubble in the cart and not even a full gram or half… point system is alright. Flower they offer is ok but make sure it’s the correct weight before purchasing. All in all place is still remaining due to tourism, new ppl in area, new ppl to cannabis scene. GGs tourism picked out weed ✌️

Erba Venice / Marina Del Rey is by far the most convenient and efficient marijuana smoke dispensary in the beach area of West LA. It's big and going to be an even larger dispensary when Erba moves next door where Sketchers used to be. They have everything a smoker can want Medical and Recreational. The prices, discounts and specials are unbelievable and affordable to anyone's budget requirements. The place is efficient, well organized, very clean and spotless. All the Erba work representatives are kind, knowledgeable, courteous and quick. There's really not reason to shop elsewhere unless you feel the need for weed after 10pm my friends, my name is Angel.. CHEATS !!! They sold me Boutiq 510 cart that was empty and refused to replace or refund my money. They lost a $400. to $500. a month customer over $7. This is what happens when you let little girls run your business that aren't old enough to have any business experience.

PS IF I EVER ORDER DELIVERY AGAIN FROM HERE, NEVEE EXPECT ME TO TIP AGAIN. I USED TO CONSISTENTLY TIP 15-18%. NEVER AGAIN. Don't order from here if you're disabled. They discriminate. They refused to exchange my product that I get delivered, due to my epilepsy, that was defective. Let's also applaud the complete incompetence of the woman who was managing the store. Saying "yeah, sorry" with the apathy of a vapid jerk! Let me be very clear: I gave this dispensary SEVERAL chances, because after YEARS of patronage, I owed it to the drivers who had put up with clear mismanagement and terrible direction. But I respect myself too much to continue being abused. Retaining customers is going to be a problem for you if you continue with blatant bad faith action. You've already lost a very loyal customer. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Bye, Felicia.

Zero Stars- The two managers Rose & Alicia will not honor the promos listed on the website. They also have very old cannabis at this store. The last time I stopped in before being banned they tried to sell me a 9 month old 1/8th with a broken seal for $92+ after tax. I was banned for calling out products being sold with broken seals, old cannabis, and not honoring prices. Was told I threatened violence and was denied entry the next time I tried to come in. I asked them to call the police and file a criminal report against me, because threatening violence/ property damage is an arrest worthy offense and a wild allegation. Obviously, I never threatened anyone and that's Things That Never Happened for $800 Alex. In Response to the owner- You hope I come back soon? I've been banned from this store by Rose for my negative review and calling out the BS at this location. She's kicked many people out of the store for insisting that prices be honored. Reel in your employees. Feel free to call or message me directly.
