They need to update their Google Maps they say they close at 6. It's 5:04, and they are closed.

Everytime I've been in here I've always gotten great service, from the owner or someone else. I shopped the Perry store all the time when it was open, but I'll travel to get the wonderful stuff they offer! Thank you for treating me so well!!

Very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional, and the interaction made me feel very uncomfortable. I expected a friendly and welcoming environment, but that was not the case at all. There are plenty of other smoke shops in the area that treat customers much better, and I would recommend going somewhere else. I definitely won’t be returning.

My experience here was extremely disappointing. The interaction I had with the owner was rude and unprofessional, and it made the environment feel very uncomfortable. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming, but that was not what I experienced during my visit. Because of this interaction, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business to others. I hope the management reflects on how customers are treated and works to improve.

They have great products. Great service. It’s a cool little shop with that home town hospitality vibe. Go buy and check them out. Plus you’re supporting local businesses. If you see Vito tell em K-roll sent you to the shop.

Been purchasing products regularly since the end of last year. I HAVE NEVER ACTUALLY RETURNED A PRODUCT TO THIS STORE, to be clear. The owner named Vito is a rude, lying, inconsiderate, greedy man who has no issue assaulting regular customers when he’s asked a question about something that his employee has said to customers or posted on their Facebook page. Please know that if a product doesn’t work for you (including torches or vape you literally just bought) you’re out of luck with a return, including if he’s posted that there’s a “money back guarantee” on a product. You’d be much better off going ANYWHERE ELSE or ordering everything online (much cheaper). This man has no compassion for people, including disabled customers that he will definitely lay his hands on to harm if he has a bad attitude .

Im fairly new to the MM thing. I got my card recently but I had visited a couple shops in Tallahassee. Let me tell you there was no comparison as far as my experience at The Extract Shack and and the other shops. Vitto was a huge help as far as advice on different items for my back pain and insomnia. Prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back for additional visits
