I'm going to start off by saying that this place does have some decent prices and a good selection of products. The staff is very so so in their knowledge I've had two people were very knowledgeable, but other than that the employees are not very knowledgeable on the products that they're selling and can't answer my questions when asking fairly basic questions. My big problem with them is they're deceiving pricing online and what I feel is a bait and switch with certain products. I went in a few months ago because they had a good deal on an all-in-one vape that was on sale when I got to the store, the vape that had been on sale was now full price. Then again visiting yesterday I bought what said was a live resin West Coast here cart. When I got home and checked the bag, the cartridge that was inside was a distillate cartridge. I would have called to see if they can change it around but I'm just frustrated that this is the third time a similar issue is happening.

My mom needed to get some creams for pain relief in her knees. The staff here was fantastic. They helped answer questions for her and guided her through the various options. She has been so happy with the results! Thank you again for providing excellent service and support!
