Green Apple NW sold me a faulty cartridge that broke for a very premium price. The glass actually broke and could have seriously cut me. So I threw the gooey mess away and called green apple to discuss the matter. They confimed they could replace it and made no mention of wanting the glass shards. I drove all the way there with package and photo evedence which seemed fine at first. And then suddenly they decided that they would not replace it (later the same day) and wanted me to go risk digging through the trash and risk cutting myself(again) if they were replace it. Needless to say I did not find that acceptable as they could just do the same thing again and deny the fact that they said they would replace it. This was never communicated over the phone. And then wanting me, in rush hour traffic, to go get it when i no longer live near the place is absolutely ridiculous. Very poor business practices and communication when i have been a regular for some time. This will make me take my business elsewhere.

The staff are just the most laid back, regular everyday stoners that genuinely care for their community! Prices reflect quality. Low tier is usually quality at a very affordable rate! Can't say enough good things about our local dispensary!! Thanks Frank!! Always a deal and a pleasure!
