Excellent first experience at Green Light Dispensary! Dakota was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to help me find the products that best fit my needs. He answered all my questions and made the experience comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend Green Light, and definitely ask for Dakota!

Rod was an awesome budtender. Not his fault all that the Strane brand “rip stick” vape I paid 50 bucks for doesnt work. It’s hard enough for us disabled patients to afford our meds. Then things like this make sure our heads are never above water. Thanks Strane. Should be some sort of return policy.

This was my first time at this location. DeKresha was the best part of my day. She was happy, nice and very helpful. I will 100% make this my go to dispensary. 10/10

So i had a very bad experience today with this company. DeKresha got my whole order wrong. I'll never shop here again. I spent 100. On stuff I thought I was getting Sativa hybrid. Nope I got all straight Sativa. I called spoke with her and she is saying that the website said something other than what they have so I spent 100 on products I can't smoke. I highly advise people not to shop at greenlight dispensary in beckley wv. One of the worst dispensaries I've been to in wv. Ive been to a lot of them. So now I' have $100. Less in my pocket and products I will not smoke or use. So I just handed over 100 bucks for nothing. Get this you can't even open the bag they give you untill you leave the building of greenlight of beckley. They just grab what they want throw it in a bag take your money, and then when you open the bag.. its totally not what you ordered. So when I called the store. The same lady that waited on answered the phone. She said oh I just gave you what we had. Now come on. Really. Girl. They are so uneducated its ridiculous. Nothing was offered not even an apology. If they dont have the product in stock and your want a specific thing and get home and its totally not what you wanted. I do advise people to not spend money with greenlight. Go to the landing instead. They are the best in the area. Ive been in them all and greenlight is the worse of all. Just saying.

Dakota is a rockstar, always has my order right and ready before hand…great communication…..I like him and the laid back smaller fellow. Never had a problem….would love to see some kind of tip box on your drive thru. Might motivate folks to help these guys out a little more…. Thanks, B

I’m not the type to leave reviews but Dakota took the time to explain there was an error in the system and he quickly helped me find another option. Also he’s just good with people and talks which not many people do anymore especially younger people like us. Thank you dude👌
