First time visiting Haven and have to say, we were very impressed. The establishmebt was immaculate and welcoming. The person who checks id's is a very important person. Everything starts with them. They're the first interaction customers have. The gentleman we were greeted by, and I hate that I didn't get his name, was so gosh darn niiiiiice. Very personable. Set the tone for our experience at Haven with a friendly smile, hello, and heads up on their deals, which we did partake in. Thank you for kicking it off. You set the bar high. 😁 Beatrice was the cashier/sales associate who helped us during our visit and she nailed it. Pleasant, helpful, knowledable, & soooo easy to talk to. We usually don't know what we're doing during an initial experience, and sometimes I feel the need to hurry through as to not annoy. Beatrice took her time, explained everything, and ensured our first experience ended on the exceptionally positive note we started with. 😊 Staff at Haven know the customer experience assignment, and in my opinion, it's not because they have to, but because they want to, and that's badass! Experiencing staff who love what they do, is a real treat to behold. Thank you, Haven for gifting your staff with an awesome environment to work, and thank you, staff for truly loving what you do. It shows. We'll absolutely be back.

So I have given this specific location a 3 star so many months ago. And after going several times and then trying to join their 4th of July deals. I WAS RIPPED OFF. I DON'T think I'll ever come back. The bud tender, which seemed like a manger .. was annoyed by evening helping. I spent 75 bucks for 3 items. Yeah I won't be back. HAD NO DESIRE TO GIVE A REGULAR A DEAL. only if I was new, I got a free gift. I will not ever give a weed facility my business if they never desire to hook up regular customers.
