I can't say enough about Sundays with Halee and Colton. They make a wonderful team and are a major asset to the health and well-being of the folks that come see them for more than just as they say getting high. They're highly educated in what they do and that makes them the best of the best bud tenders in Pendleton Oregon Thank you so much high desert cannabis, LLC for the care you put in to your business.

Poor customer service from "store manager" Abel. His approach came across as biased and unprofessional from the beginning, and instead of resolving the issue, he escalated it unnecessarily saying that I have always been a problem. He ultimately trespassed me from the store, which felt like an overreaction. Other employees were great, shoutout to Kayla for being professional and helpful. I miss Damion too, they were always respectful and easy to work with. As for Abel, smh fire him asap

I’ve been coming here for 5+ years and recently came across an issue with a cart. Never have I had an issue previously. They are great about reminding you at the end of your visit to keep the receipt and cart if there is anything wrong it can be replaced. Another thing you should add is bring the box included with the cart. The guy wearing a mask and glasses did not help me at all and stated nothing could be done since I didn’t have the packaging. I left very unhappy as this was my first complaint and no solution, being a loyal customer for yearsss means nothing. Not coming back ✌🏼

I like the fact its small. It's not overwhelming like Thurs. Someone usually says hello. The reason I'm going with 4-stars is because I feel like the customer service (especially at night) could be a bit more lively and welcoming. I almost feel an internal rush to hurry cause it always seems like they are doing inventory or something and the energy is low. And I REALLY want a hoodie but never have a small in when I do have the money for one. But always clean, customers are well mannered.
