They have good product and good prices. Rewards suck with a mimimum spend rule. But don't expect their handheld atm to work. It failed both stores we went to and I was grateful I had some cash. That doesn't make curbside quick and easy it makes it frustrating and disappointing

Updated Review to 5 Stars. 7/16/2026 After reading my review the manager, Lucas, reached out to me to see what happened and apologized. He credited my account for the overcharge. Today I returned to the store and Dario helped me choose some amazing items. HIGHER LOVE Ironwood you take care of your customers and it is extremely appreciated! I was charged for 2 items and only got one. I guess I need to check receipts before leaving the premises. Definitely was disappointing.
