Had to come on here and give a big shout out to Sophie. Truly an amazing person and really went above and beyond to give the best experience. She definitely deserves a raise.

This place is gonna save ur bacon if you forget to reup your stash and have to run out of the campsite middle of the night like some kind of a gremlin and try to find something safe to toke before bed. You will get to this location and chaos will ensue and you might miss your only chance at canna bliss before sunrise. fear not. Even at the last second they will get your order completed and you will be home chillin by midnight. Good luck out there space cadets 💗

I am editing my review and upgrading INSA to 3 stars, thanks to the help of the manager Eric at the flagship store in downtown Springfield. I had two live resin proto pods that were defective, he did not question me about it, understood that they were defective, and provided professional customer service to help find a solution - which i was extremely pleased about. INSA - please employee more people like Eric, he handled the process exactly how it should have been handled. I have had a couple unprofessional experiences at this dispensary in the past, and other defective live resin protos, and it was very refreshing to see that was not the case today. Eric also mentioned there will hopefully be new live resin vaporizers dropping soon. Until then i will be keeping my review at a LOW 3 stars, as the most recent live resin vape (triploid donuts) was B grade at best and not worth buying again. Certainly not up to the level of prior INSA live resin vapes. It would just generally be great to see more of the INSA In-house strains turned into live resin carts. It really helps give the consumer an idea for the terpene profile of the strain and effects. Outside of that, the flower is still obnoxiously overpriced, even with the 25% off sale. What is frustrating with the flower is that there are absolutely no specials or strains spotlights. I still think INSA flower is some of if not the best flower I've smoked. Some things have changed, particularly just not carrying their vintage signature strains that they began with, but as the Industry grows I do think INSA does a nice job creating the most genetics and they're all good. I have bought probably a hundred different strains here and every single strain has been absolute pure gas. The other thing that is nice is the nitrogen seal on the INSA cans. Makes them transportable without smell or drying up. I have had cans of INSA flower that i have opened over a year after its packaged and its still incredibly dank if not even more dank. So if you walk in here and buy some 8th for like 30-50$ it should be absolutely fire every single time, its just more or less kind of a slap in the face to us locals who have plenty of options and still smoke great flower without having to waste time here. I just think it would be nice in general if there was some kind of strain spotlight specials where new premium strains testing in the 25-30% range were on sale for 15-20$ an 8th, or even some type of 2 8ths for 30-40$. I would 100% pay 40$ for two premium INSA 8ths pretax that test at 25% or higher, even if it was limit of one per day. However i would absolutely never pay over that. Once it gets to that point -there is no point of buying flower at this store, there's frankly too many other great local options. There's also several rosin carts sold at local dispensarys that are better priced and more potent such as; Sweetgrass, Treeworks, Flavor flow labs (mass alt care), & OMG disposables, and its making the choice easy, especially when they are all sold at multiple local competitors. The customer service is still good but the employees do not have the previous knowledge of the founding generation of INSA budtenders that smoked every strain and knew every strain inside out. If you are lucky and get to work with Deb she is a legend and probably one of the only people I would trust asking for the true effects and if a strain was worth buying or not. Overall happy with today's experience, but it does not change my mindset on the company and its overpriced, greedy corporate structure.

The haleys comet is a central mass staple found by whateverthatscool in 2005 in a bag of NYC piff. this cut represents the 978 through decades of mids, cookie era, and fruit extract eras. nonetheless its finally made its way to doja pack out west and sadly the fake cuts online .... this product is a very bad representation of what the plant is from a organic environment and grown to the full potential. The description should be: bag seed of piff found by whateverthatscool around 2005. etc etc . These corporate grows are ruining the image of the genetics

debbie is the sweetest and most helpful person ever, however the man working alongside her was much less welcoming and spent the whole transaction belittling anything debbie did, even though she was doing a wonderful job. it was a bit off putting and uncomfortable, but debbie is an absolute class act and very very lovely person. promote debbie and be kind!
