- Brittany DunbarJuly 23, 2026
Terrible customer service. When you pre order on line the do not pre package the order and get it ready. Then they run out of stuff you already bought. So if this happens what a good owner would do is exchange something, turns out the only thing left was less than two dollars over our cost. The store should take the fall! They forced us to pay the difference for their mess up! I had to count change from my car when I did infact bring the exact amount I needed in cash due to their cash only bs. The tills are ment for minor shortages. I'm a former business owner I'd know. If get new staff that actually know how to run a business!

Great local flower shop! Very friendly but priced a bit higher than Bloom in Mentor.

Great selection of cannabis products. Always a helpful staff. Competitive prices cash only though.
- Michael BooneJuly 13, 2026
I find the negative reviews to be accurate. They are still selling products with last year's harvest date. Doesn't really matter how much they discount it when it's just not good or enjoyable anymore. Ohio people pay too much for an 8 month old 2.8 period! None of the dispensaries here are anything to rave about, I just try to find the freshest I can with a short harvest to package date. Long harvest to package dates mean the product is still testing higher than what they can legally package it at. Most of the time they have to spray for mold/fungus and it can take months to gas off. Then they package it for you to smoke. ..

This is my FAVORITE dispensary in Ohio! Super amazing historical artworks. The Owner and the staff at both locations have done an unbelievable job with taking care of Ashtabula residents over the years. Top tier service and options at both locations too. Amazing sales. . . I can’t say enough. Congratulations on #2!
