I have always given them 5 stars until this time. I went in right after happy hour one day and everything was GREAT!!! The bud tender was amazing, knowledgeable and a real sweetheart. My issue came in when a friend came in with less than enough to purchase anything. I offered to get him something. The bud tender informed me that there are $5 grams and to my surprise it didn’t look or smell bad at all. Upon checking my wallet, I realized I only had $100 bill +3 ones so I asked the Bartender would it be OK to cash out $95 for five dollar gram so the friend that’s in mention is homeless so I was more concerned about him when I received my change I didn’t realize I had not received all of my money so once she gave me the change, I just put it in my wallet really didn’t trip about. It went outside. Fed my friend and then went home. . It was then I noticed I was short changed. I thought only $20 because I keep a certain amount in my wallet and then a certain amount in my purse and I move money around quite a bit so I thought I was only short $20 and come to find out I was short quite a bit more.. I called the Shop. I was told immediately oh yeah no worries. Come and pick it up. I informed them that I was not in the city and would come back when I was back in town once I returned three days later, I go into the shop and was presented with the security camera video supposedly showing that I had received $45 and change and that was the proper amount for my purchase lol I informed him no I gave the butt tender, correct the correct amount of money for my actual purchase and the change the $45 that she giving me back was supposedly my change from the hundred dollar bill from a nine dollar purchase he instead of correcting it and giving me all of my money back gave me $20 because that’s what I said I was missing and tried to give me a hybrid joint and I informed him. Hey I don’t smoke hybrids I only smoke Indica. He politely took it back, put it in his pocket and said OK after short changing me then basically accusing me lying making me sit there going through footage for over 30 minutes and then to treat me that way I really have a problem with the shop now. Because of my anxiety, I didn’t wanna argue about the rest of the money after going through that and sitting there while standing there while customers are coming in and out while I’m explaining that he was looking at the wrong part of the video and that the actual transaction happened after the portion he looked at, and when he realized I was right, he apologized, but that was the extent of what was given after all of that
