Timothy had the patience of a Saint! I was making dumb mistakes with my payment method and the entire time I was saying in my head, “sir I promise I ain’t messed up already…” He was kind the entire time!! Told me to take my time and wished me a good day with a “Luv” at the end! Super cute and super sweet! Just how I like em!

Went down opening weekend. Amazed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Daniel in particular went above and beyond to not only help fill my needs, but to also make me feel at "home" as it were. The selection was amazing. Not only did they have a very wide variety of a selection, they had multiple different brands, including their own to taylor the experience more to each individual. As the product is now starting to take effect I cannot stress enough how this finally eliminated my need to go to the "other" shop in town. I look forward to regular visits at Joint Operations. Just had Kimberly as my budtender she was awesome to talk to very helpful in my decision making very knowledgeable about the products and seemed like a genuine good person a person I would be proud to call a friend. Place is still 5 stars as of Dec 14th 2025. Friendly staff. Always willing to lenr a hand. But when it comes down to you specifically saying no, it seems that that always leads to a problem.I'm not saying you're the problem. So the problem is more the unreasonable expectations of what these people consider.Payment so to speak for help. When we all know brothers help each other out cause they need it
