The staff was very friendly helpful and was able to find me the best kind of joints that I like. They had a deal that I couldn’t turn down 5 for $12.00 not so bad. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to take money out of the ATM. Otherwise get place definitely coming back

Eh… They have very good quality product, and the staff is friendly (with the exception of some of the security personnel) but the ATM situation is terrible and sometimes it’s almost worth it just to go somewhere else for the convenience. You certainly won’t get a better deal anywhere else, though.

Dont come here if you’re in a rush or if it’s packed they don’t have enough counter people. No need to put a pre order because you be waiting in line with everyone else 🤣 watched so many people walk out because they take so long I have walked out myself too there’s no real good dispensary’s in Springfield north Hampton and east Hampton is where it’s at

Staff is very helpful but I think this location is consistently understaffed, especially compared to the Easthampton location. There are at least 10 tills in this store by my count and never more than 2 cashiers. Always a line out the door. They are always kind and helpful but management is setting them up for constant overwhelm. Been coming here for months and it's a consistent issue. I've been standing here for 20 minutes while 1 girl runs back and forth trying to fill orders for a line that's consistently at least 10 people deep.

The non preorder line always goes quicker and the app doesn't work unless you are physically in the state so it makes preorders utterly useless unless you live in MA. I'll just take the five minute drive to any other dispensary that uses dutchie and doesnt need their own app for points.

I used to love coming here and would have easily given it five stars in the past. However, ever since the personal possession limit increased to two ounces, it feels like the focus has shifted entirely toward maximizing profit over customer experience.
