Hello all. Please read this carefully. I went here to give them a try and see what products they have. As I am suffering from incredible back pain I was looking for a good indica that wouldn't break the bank. I bought a juicy pop cart loved it and came back for another. After barely having the new cart a day I noticed the wax was not going into the cotton. Leaving a noticeable gap that will not go away. I was trying to use the cart normally and it tasted burnt and like metal. I brought it back and got told that they would not exchange it or refund it. I was asking for an exchange not a refund or anything like that. So after KEVIN tested my cart he said it works. Then he explained how their whole "refund exchange policy" worked. BEWARE BEWARE. THEIR OF TESTING IF A CART IS DEFECTIVE OR NOT IS NOT BASED ON THE CUSTOMER SAYING IT DOESNT WORK. IT TASTES LIKE BURNT METAL AND COTTON. THE WAX IS NOT BEING ABSORBED INTO THE COTTON AND COIL. BUT THEIR TEST IS THIS.....DOES IT GIVE OUT SMOKE? YES? THEN IT WORKS. Wow so please tell me that is not absurd. I will never be going to march and ash again. They dont care about the customer or products they put out. So do not shop here. I added pictures so people could see what I am talking about. Absolutely absurd. I know me never coming back wont affect them or immediately but it's the principle of not supporting bad product and protecting our cannabis community. So do not support this store. Go anywhere else. For the sake of you. Your lungs, your wallet and blood pressure.

Just unfortunate. "No-tax" discount days? Gone. Cool freebies? Distant memory. Discounts for wearing Padres swag? Gone. Customer purchase/loyalty points? Gone, and I didn't even get to use up whatever points I had remaining. They just wiped everything out. Prices have shot up. What used to be $15 is now $25 (66% increase), just as an example. Shopping here is like musical chairs, but with products. Inventory is never ever consistent, which is unfortunate when you consider that for some folks these products are akin to being medicine. The staff are hit and miss, but credit where credit is due: some folks are truly super helpful, always assisting with a smile and with awesome humor. But, here's the thing that has absolutely killed it for me: The pricing isn't forthcoming. After checking out on my second to last visit, I was confused as to why my bill was so high. As it turns out, the things I picked out weren't the $32+ (approx. / or whatever it was) as shown on the shelf, but instead were $56+ (approx. / or whatever it was), leaving me overcharged by close to $70+. What the heck? I just nullified the whole thing and got all my money back during that visit, and left empty handed from what would have been a $150+ sale. But then, the other day I go back, and it's the same thing with those same products. All these little boxes that look the same, yet the ones on the right are actually way more expensive don't have a price listed for them on the shelf. How is a customer to conclude that this isn't intentionally deceitful? Moreover, what other pricing issues have occurred in the past that I didn't catch? I spoke with the staff during this visit and brought up all the points that I'm here bringing up in this review, and I also make sure to point out that I was not coming at the rep personally. He wasn't rude either, and it was all a civil conversation. Heck, the guy even greeted me with a smile when I walked in. But... when I directly asked why the prices on those those more expensive products didn't have prices listed (which look virtually the same as the ones that were cheaper right next to them) while everything else does, the response was this: "We don't have to show our prices." Full stop. He wasn't rude, but I was more than taken aback. I asked again in a different manner, but I got the same answer: "We do not have to show our prices". Again, full stop. I was honestly stunned, and still don't even know how to process such a statement. How does a retail business not recognize that all of this works against them? I was ready to check out too (it would have been a $200+ spend had the pricing issue not halted my continued selection of items), but thankfully my better sense got the best of me. I just left it all on the counter and walked out. Done. Over. End of an era I guess. Every time I've shopped here, I've easily spent $150 - $230 on product. Every single time. And I've shopped here a lot - so many times it's almost embarrassing to admit. That's a lot of money. Tons. But now, how can I? March and Ash, you of course "don't have to" show your prices to your customers. But customers also "don't have to" spend their money there too. I guess I'll be Marchin' my Ash to some other place from this point forward. Again, just unfortunate. :(

Iβve been to two locations now and both times Iβve had problems with product and pricing. Employees were nice and remorseful at least. Wont be back.

Where do I even start? They got rid of the rewards program, which was one key part of why I was so loyal to March and Ash, allegedly to lower their prices, which obviously they didnβt. Everything is pricier, they got rid of fantastic brands, inventory is always low. They got either bought out or new investors came in and massively dropped the ball. Itβs a shame. 7 years of loyalty down the drain. If anyone know of a good place in IB, let me know

Expensive and you paying for the over decoration and fake plants to the ceiling over done and over priced
