Very bad experience... often understaffed leading to long wait times and was recommended some very low quality and overpriced flower by the (extremely rude) budtender, Tati, I believe was her name. Staff are all very dismissive and inattentive. Please make the drive elsewhere. I have been disappointed time and time again..

🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 This place deserves 0 stars lmao, Absolutely terrible experience. This was my first visit and it will definitely BE MY LAST. ASHLEY and ERIC🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩!!!!!!!! have some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered. Ashley’s attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely unwelcoming. Instead of helping customers, she came across as if she was babysitting everyone, constantly micromanaging people, giving dirty looks, and making unnecessary comments that made the entire experience uncomfortable. Eric was no better. He ignored customers, spent his time hiding in the back talking instead of doing his job, and showed little to no interest in helping anyone. It felt like customers were an inconvenience to the staff. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️‼️‼️‼️‼️ To make matters worse, this is a cash-only dispensary, which is already inconvenient, yet they charge some of the highest prices around for a disappointing selection. If you’re going to charge premium prices, the least you can do is provide decent customer service. There are plenty of dispensaries that actually appreciate their customers. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money, and go somewhere else.

I have never been treated so poorly at any business, let alone one I was paying good money at. From the second I walked in, the employee named Ashley gave me a dirty look up and down like I didn’t belong there, and her attitude only got worse when I started asking questions about strains. She sighed loudly, rolled her eyes, and answered in the most condescending tone possible, like I was wasting her precious time. When I asked for a second opinion, a guy named Eric came over and was somehow even worse. He made a comment under his breath to Ashley that I wasn’t supposed to hear, and the way they both looked at me and another customer who didn’t “look the part” made it painfully obvious we were being profiled and treated differently than other people in line who they were laughing and joking with. I watched them go from warm and chatty to cold and dismissive the moment it was our turn, and it wasn’t subtle. No greeting, no eye contact, just short, clipped answers and a rush to get us out the door. This kind of blatant favoritism and discriminatory attitude has no place in a customer-facing business, let alone one that’s supposed to be building trust with a still-stigmatized industry. I will never be returning, and I’m telling everyone I know to steer clear until management does something about the way Ashley and Eric treat certain customers.
