I go here for my main dispensary and they are always so nice and easy to work with! I’m considered a regular for sure and one fella (forgot your name sorry!) as I pulled out cash knew exactly what I always came for. He had the bud ready and my change ready and waiting knowing exactly what I’d give. Hell yeah! 10/10 service.

UPDATE I SEE THE REPLY FROM THE BUSINESS!! This is literally a joke right? Lol the whole tune has changed now. When Cory called me on Monday his exact words were I can confirm that you have been overcharged and under weighed so if your scales are monitored and calibrated the way you say they are why did he tell me that? My "home" scale is completely accurate. We were nothing but kind and understanding. Cory confirmed our info would be given to the budtenders on staff for when we came in, so when my boyfriend came in and was met with passive aggressive hostility and being questioned as if he had done something wrong, it was quite shocking. The other budtender on shift even said No Cory already confirmed. Why is your staff telling customers you cannot print receipts because you don't have receipt paper? Why is your staff telling customers that they don't know when it comes to a certain product, because they "only work on the weekends"? The whole interaction from start to finish was horrific. I even mentioned in the store before we left that something didn't look right with the bottle because the 1 gram that was supposed to be in there was literally in a bottle about half a inch big. I am not here to go back and forth and we definitely were not trying to get more product, that is why I called when I immediately noticed, which was later in the evening because we were out running errands, Christmas shopping etc. The way your business is now trying to reply to my review and spin it as if we got more product to begin with and make us look bad is really alarming. If you pull the video footage you can quite literally confirm what I am saying. The other budtender on shift gave the other bud tender a sticky note with the corrected weight which was the difference of flower. Everything was already confirmed so when she is now back peddling and being rude after the fact that everything had already been confirmed and approved by her manager there was no reason for him to be treated like that. We frequent quite a few businesses in the area and have NEVER been treated this way before. Absolutely astounding. The 1 star review still stands. Went in here today with my boyfriend who is a veteran, we've been 1 time before and it was fine. We stopped in while we were out running errands, finally just sat down to indulge and something didn't look right so I weighed it. The 1 gram we got is 0.42 and the 3.5 grams we got is 1.27 grams.. I even commented in the store how tiny the bottle was. I immediately just called and the woman on the phone was nice and said their manager would be in Monday. I left my contact info and will be following up. We are not touching it. I took pics of it on the scale as well. I know they can't take it and put it back on the shelf but I expect a refund this is UNACCEPTABLE! The flower with the correct weight is $30 worth and my boyfriend got a $20 cart so we spent $50 even for literally almost nothing. The bud tender who helped us was not knowledgeable on the flower we were asking about and even said she only works weekends so she's not sure. We asked for a receipt and were told that they don't "have receipt paper" immediately that rubbed us the wrong way.

This dispensary actually cares about medical patients and they always try their best to keep something in stock that helps with my severe neuromuscular pain. They’re all very nice and professional. My spouse and I really appreciate them.
