The store is cool. Different optio s to choose from. Than the other stores. But I had to pull my ID card out like 3-4 times thru the whole process. That was unpleasant.

For close to 11 years, I have given the store multiple opportunities. I come in looking for specific strains after looking online and confirming then going to the store to find out that they don’t have it and being someone in the industry to have to sit there and listen to a budtender try to sell you on their most expensive product and why… while listening to them not meet your needs and trying to push what I’m guessing is something they make more money off of or something a commissions getting paid off…? I’m not sure which is why I have such a low rating for them is because every time I’ve given them an opportunity not only have they not had what they say they have online which in retail can happen and I totally understand that. To have people making suggestions of other products that not only don’t meet your needs, but are so far off from what you’ve explained that you tell them to help somebody else so that you can look yourself for what you need versus being pressured consistently into a specific product line or what makes things even worse is when they have 15 different options that they throw out at you making it overwhelming for most people. While knowing the industry and knowing what I need from a Terpene Perspective regarding medical usage is shocking when you’re coming in and looking for a product like “Super Boof” Which is a rare sativa with carpholyne and Myrcene (excuse any voice to text errors in spelling) To have granddaddy Purple offered as a “comparable option“ Is literally unacceptable. You cannot offer a product based off of Terpenes That isn’t from the same family, i.e.… Sativa, hybrid, Indica. Because an uneducated buyer who would have said OK would leave that day with a strain that they thought would help them with pain and anxiety, but not make them tired would end up having a strain that helps them with pain and anxiety, but puts them to sleep and that is not comparable it’s not even close. So what went from an assumption to come in and get a specific product for a specific need turned into me having to educate the Bud tender on why that’s not a good option and what would be a better option as well as the “why” Should not be my responsibility. Just because I may have knowledge doesn’t mean that I don’t expect the people working there to have knowledge as well Having to google specific strains in the store to find the origin strains that create them is something that they should have there already. The customer should not have to stand there and Google a strain to find out whether or not it’s from the right family and has the right effects for the individual. We say two brains are stronger than one, not here. So Incorporating my knowledge versus my experience there where it’s my brain competing with their “lack of intelligence on cannabis in general” making it a more challenging purchase, which is why I don’t buy from this place. My number one complaint is Bud tender knowledge Number two quality of product or products Number three age of products (check your concentrates because if you purchase from them and the wax or concentrate or whatever it is is oxidized Meaning it’s white in the middle then it’s no longer a quality product. It has “oxidized” meaning an overwhelming existence of oxygen in the atmosphere that it’s being stored in. A perfect example would be anything from dabstract. Their “gem concentrate” Either being sold as a room, temperature product or a refrigerated product with no consistency between the two, which is why they end up with “oxidized” concentrates, As well as having them in direct sunlight Or even worse, having the Turpines separate from the product in the packaging to come home and find the entire lid of your dab abstract product is orange and the “gems” are clear when the orange that’s all over the lid is what’s supposed to be coding or inside of the gems and how that happens, I have no idea, but this is the only place I’ve ever seen that happen.

Great store. Prices are affordable and staff is super friendly. They have a CBD stick that has a warming effect for sore joints and muscles. It works amazing. Way better than icy hot or comparable items.

Let’s start by saying I manage The Bake Shop over in George and have managed stores in the industry since day one. I live in Wenatchee, so I’d stop in to buy rosin a few times a month. I saw some rigs last night, so I came back this morning to purchase one! When I got home and tried to put water in it, I noticed the hole was almost non-existent in the down stem. Couldn’t even use the rig! I brought it back tonight, and they refused to exchange a product that was basically a paper weight. Honestly, it's just super weird business practice not to back the products you carry or exchange defective items. Cannabis products I might understand, but it’s glass. We will always take care of our customers over here at our shop, so we will definitely be letting the vendors and other people in the industry know how the managers/budtenders treat customers and people in the industry. Willing to lose a customer that would buy a few grams of $50-$70 rosin a month for a paraphernalia exchange is wild to me… Straight bums.
