Would not recommend. Used to love going to Nirvana locations back when I first got my med card years back, as they had great deals. Not so much anymore. I've had a friend get MULTIPLE carts that were empty when they opened the package, and they wouldn't do anything about it. Then their deals got few and far between. Their quality of their flower has gone so far downhill it's not even funny. Still, I kept trying to give them chances. Well not anymore after tonight. I had an online order placed, for deli flower, an ounce. When I got there, it wasn't packaged and ready to go, even though I placed the order WAY earlier in the day. I get told they only have 26 of the 28 grams. So I decided against it and left. When I had placed my ID back in my wallet phone case, it snapped. I ended up changing my mind and went back in to just get a half ounce instead. I had the SAME gal and I showed her my ID and told her that it snapped when I placed it back in my case, and she even said "oh yeah, it didn't look like that when you were just here." Well the supposed "manager" happened to be walking by and she asked him if she could still take it, and told him I was literally JUST IN and it wasn't like that. I told him it snapped when I had placed it back in my case. He was very rude and said it couldn't be taken. Even though I was LITERALLY JUST IN 5 MINUTES AGO. Nirvana has gone so far downhill over the years and doesn't give a damn about their customers, and it shows. They only profit because they're the ONLY dispensary in town. Take my advice and spend your money elsewhere, even if you have to drive a little further. It's worth it, trust me. Never have had a problem at Reef in Queen Creek, which is now Curaleaf. Nor have I had an issue at the Trulieve dispo in Casa Grande. It's definitely worth the money to go to either of these 2 places rather than Nirvana. They have better deals, better quality, AND better customer service.

Best and only dispensary I got to! I personally have been to so many around the Phoenix area and hands down this is my favorite dispensary to go to. I'm not kidding when I mean this is the only dispensary I go to and I come from out of town to go here! I love how they always have great deals for us concentrate buyers. Other dispensaries cannot compete with their deals here! Trust me when I say you save money driving to a Nirvana cannabis! You can drive an hour there and you will still save money then buying locally (at least for my area). This location also always has a variety of strains for the deal I go for every time I come in. A lot of other dispensaries have more deals for flower and basically none for concentrates (or it's almost $100 for the same deal/items I get for $60 here). The staff are always super friendly here and their knowledgeable. I've never once had an issue here. Honestly I save money driving out of town to come to this dispensary! Nirvana, you need to come to Casa Grande because you would out sell Harvest so fast. Harvest is go expensive for everything! I would much rather drive to you guys and I do! Thank you for always being a wonderful dispensary!

For this first time customer, Nirvana Cannabis depencerys I Bud Tender Britny was a top notch, Cola Queen! Creating my account was quick and painless with her new nuggie buddy navigation set on high, I was in and out in under ten minutes, even with what little time I was in line. You can't really say anything negative towards a employee that reminds you you've got a grip of gummies coming as a thank you for stopping by, ( purchase required of course) Now, to the product! WOW! What a bargain! I haven't seen deals like that at ( insert name that rims with Truthieves) ever! A lot of really great flower strains for pains or munchies for mellow times, matched with super clean hitting concentrates that have the tasty terps that make you derp! Next time, I'll explore the deep spaced out moon rocks I noticed in their deli selection, but I had already maxed out on my allotment. Hopefully sometime soon, Nirvana Cannabis depencery in Florence will expand to locations near Casa Grande and Maricopa, you could bring real competition to a monopoly chokehold! Thanks again, Dan

Nirvana, Always a favorite spot! Short on cash? still get a great deal. An oz for 30 bucks and some concentrate for ten. I'm having a great weekend so far, 😂. Have a lot of money? Great products to choose from! Vapes or top tier shizz, haven't been disappointed yet!

I normally love this place. Unfortunately today was a different story. My bud tender Carmen had no personality or customer service. Definitely the worst I’ve ever encountered in all my years. No knowledge of any of the products and didn’t even ask how can I help or what are you looking for in the beginning.
