I was waiting outside before they even opened because it was my very first visit, and from the moment the doors opened, the entire staff made me feel welcome. I can admit it can be a little overwhelming as a newbie! No complaints though! A special mahalo to my budtender, K, who truly embodies the aloha spirit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. His genuine kindness and positive attitude made my first visit memorable and comfortable.
