Staff is always insanely friendly and willing to work with you to find the best products. Prices are already decent, but shopping the deals makes them fantastic. Always my go-to dispensary in Chambana!

NuEra Urbana has consistently been the best dispensary experience every time I visit. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help answer questions or make recommendations. What stands out most is the level of care they put into the customer experience. Whether you know exactly what you're looking for or you need guidance choosing the right product, they take the time to help instead of making you feel rushed. The selection is outstanding, the atmosphere is inviting, and the team does a great job creating a place where customers feel respected and appreciated. It's clear that they care about the people who walk through their doors, not just making a sale. Be sure to check out their house brands as well. I've tried their flower, concentrates, vapes, and edibles, and they've all been top-tier. Everything has been flavorful, aromatic, potent, and priced fairly. I highly recommend NuEra Urbana to anyone looking for a dispensary with quality products and an outstanding team. Thank you NuEra, you all are the best!

Everytime I go into the shop everyone is exceptionally friendly even when they're busy they take time to make sure that you have everything you need. I used to go to the other shop in town but I stopped because the bud was not I even as close as the freshness as i get now. I was not feeling the love that I am getting now. Im very happy

I usually go to Michigan. But in a pinch and for Illinois dispensaries, 10/10! Way better than sunnyside. And prices are better. I walked out with 2 14g flower for $100 before tax. And got a 2g disposable. Spent $170 after tax for all. Not too bad Illinois.
