    Typical LA dispensary with uneducated and inexperienced cannabis smokers as bud tenders. Trying to upsell long term smokers on low quality flower. Flower quality is a huge problem all over the world right now with unregulated flower and fake testing. I’ve been around EU and California in the recent months and flower burning black smoke is everywhere, look it up. This dispensary is one of many in LA holding poor quality flower in recent months. Hopefully the situation is fixed, and quality goes back to normal. The brand I purchased to test at this dispensary is Traditional (see image attached), I’ve experienced this with many brands (Habitat, Iolo, Cam … etc..) Smelling bud isn’t going to tell you anything about the quality. You have to roll it and burn it, look for black smoke to see if it’s contaminated. Unfortunately you have to buy it to test it (which is unfair, as we should trust third party labs), be sure to return it and get your money back if it is burning black smoke. I’ve been tipping as usual but never get the tip back so just tip after you’ve tested it, don’t be trusting these tenders, that’s for sure.
