    Great experience

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a dispensary. Before this incident, I had already purchased live rosin from Off the Charts that later nucleated and turned chalky. While nucleation can occur for different reasons, it made me pay closer attention to how concentrates were being stored. When I visited the new Needles location, I noticed all of the live rosin was being stored in a freezer. As products were removed for me to view, the packaging immediately developed heavy condensation, and several boxes appeared to be stuck together from moisture. I politely expressed my concerns about the storage and handling of the products. Instead of having a professional discussion, the manager immediately became argumentative and dismissive. I was essentially told that if I didn’t like it, I didn’t have to buy it. Rather than continue arguing, I decided not to purchase anything and left. I then visited the other Off the Charts location hoping to have a better conversation. Instead, a security employee questioned my knowledge because I had never worked in a dispensary and became confrontational. I explained that I was simply trying to raise a good-faith concern about product handling. After I decided not to buy anything and was leaving, the security employee followed me outside while recording me on his phone and claimed I was threatening employees. I completely disagree with that characterization. I had already decided to leave the property and was trying to end the interaction. I came into both stores intending to spend money, not argue. Customers should be able to ask questions about product storage and quality without being treated like they’re causing a problem. Unfortunately, I left feeling like my concerns were dismissed and that I was treated disrespectfully. Until both the customer service and handling of customer concerns improve, I cannot recommend these Needles locations.
