Drove to Kent because I wanted to try this new “dispensary” but it in fact was definitely not a dispensary basically glorified stuff you get from the gas station. The younger guy that was working was arguing with me about how it’s the same stuff you buy from an actual dispensary but it’s most definitely not. please be truthful with people about your products. I’ve been apart of Ohios medical marijuana program for 5 years save yourself the trip and hassle and just go to Bliss its 5 minutes down the road

Paper & Leaf is hands-down the gold standard for great service and good vibes. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they run a tight ship. The store is spotless, perfectly organized, and even smells amazing. It’s the kind of place where you feel welcome right away. A huge shoutout to Rachel, (not sure if that’s how she spells it, if not hope she gets a good laugh). she’s an absolute rockstar. Not only does she know her stuff inside and out, but she takes the time to educate you if you’re unsure about anything. She walks you through different varieties with patience and detail, making sure you find exactly what you’re looking for. She’s always polite, upbeat, and genuinely invested in making sure you leave happy. That said, the rest of the crew is just as solid. Everyone here is well-trained, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in what they do. You can trust you’re getting expert advice no matter who you talk to. If you want top-tier service, a knowledgeable staff, and an all-around great experience, Paper & Leaf is the place to be. Called recently about products carried in this store and the person that answered sounded very annoyed and bothered about my questions and wasn’t nice or friendly at all. She was very rude and condescending when I asked her about what I was looking for. I surely don’t want to even try to go there after feeling assaulted by her attitude.
