had a really uncomfortable experience here. While I was a customer, one of the employees was openly talking with coworkers about very personal issues involving her baby daddy. This conversation was happening right in front of customers and was loud enough for everyone to hear. I believe her name is Jasmine, whole grown women acting like a child. Management should really address this and make sure staff keep conversations appropriate and professional while working. It felt unprofessional and awkward—this isn’t the kind of environment you expect when you’re just trying to enjoy your time or get service. Personal matters like that should not be discussed on the floor in front of customers. Sounds like kid has. A rough life :/ to the point where you got his mom talking ab him at a cannabis shop, at least I know my son won’t have to worry about not knowing who his dad is.

This dispensary has been really good to me over the months, and I’ve had a lot of positive experiences here. The staff has always been friendly. That said, over time I’ve noticed quite a bit of staff turnover. Because of that, it’s been harder to build the kind of customer–budtender relationship that helps when you’re trying to find products that work well for you. For customers like me who rely on budtender knowledge and recommendations, that connection and product education really matters. I still think this is a solid dispensary and worth checking out. Personally, I’ve started going to Central Oregon Cannabis more often because I’ve been able to build that ongoing relationship and get more consistent guidance on products.

New management is killing this store. Prices are going up (sometimes by 80%!!!), their phone only “works” sometimes, and minimum wage staff is all new. That says a lot about the owners! Greedy and blind. For context, I have been going to this place for about 3 years, but I’m going to try other stores again - loyalty only matters when it goes both ways.

Like walking onto the set of Baddie's. Beauties they were. But even more so was the excellent customer service that they provided. I had actually stopped in to try and find a nicotine vape, and one of the lovely budtenders told me where I could go. I was able to find what I was looking for right away, so I came back and made a purchase. Excellent experience, and great prices too. Definitely hope i get to stop by again.
