  I’m New to the area an store, Cody was super helpful over the phone helped walk me through start to finish excellent customer service he even laughed at my bad jokes 👏 kudos to these guys definitely sticking with them for my cannabis needs!

  I come to Planted a few times a year to stock up and it’s usually always the best experience. I leave educated, in a good mood, and excited to try my new goodies. I make sure to tell all my friends about what a great time I have every time I visit. But this last visit felt like a completely new store, and not in a good way. For starters, I don’t see ANY of the lovely budtenders I’m used to talking with and asking questions to. The girls I spoke to this last time didn’t seem to know anything about what I was asking and had to consult the computer or a sheet. Decent selection of products but nothing quality. Seems like whoever is doing the ordering is just grabbing the cheapest stuff. The usually warm vibes felt ice cold. Like I said, it feels like an entirely different store, and I’m writing this because I’m disappointed. What happened to my budtenders? What happened to my quality product? I’m not trying to be mean, because there are plenty of other options out there that I could, and most certainly will, be trying from here on out. I don’t know who reads these things, if it’s the owner or what, or if anybody does, but my advice would be do better, or cut your losses while you’re ahead and close up shop. I don’t think Bay City needs Planted anymore.

  Idk what's going on with this place and I reckon the owners don't either. The front desk chilling with their socks out on the front counter scrolling their phone. Stuffing McDonald's in their face. Not knowledgeable about products at all. Something smelled weird inside. I loved going in when this girl named Faith worked there. I think she is gone now. She was SO friendly and kind. Everyone else has an attitude there these days. Makes the over priced product not even worth it.

  People there are nice. Ordered delivery for some clearance bud. They didn’t have amount needed and included a ton of shake. Weed also not very strong. Gonna take a 6 month break.

  I liked this place at first but then bought a few expensive Superb Cannabis Co. Live Rosin disposable vapes. The Superb company uses the same awful disposable vapes that Sno-Melts uses and if you are able to use half of it you're lucky. I have never been able to finish one without it completely clogging, so basically waste half or more. I will also add these are only .5 grams which is a rip off to begin with, so you end up only being able to use about .2 grams of them. .2grams of Live Rosin for $30. No thx... I called Planted to ask them if I can return them. One was unopened and one was used once. They told me they don't do returns and ZERO OFFER to exchange it for something different that works. Basically I just threw over $50 out the window. As nicely as I could I said: Please know I wont ever shop there again. The woman I spoke with seemed ok with that and hung up. I hope they realize that word of mouth is how people find out about dispensaries they like and don't. Now that the situation is weird, I don't need a response from Planted telling me NOW they'll work with me on it. That boat has sailed... Have a good dat

  Sounds pretty unbelievable but the new budtender had cat litter falling off her clothes onto the counter and smelled so much like a litter box that I couldn’t even smell the weed. How do you find these people? I miss the old crew, a few still work here and they are the only ones I’ll deal with. Ask for Fayth or Ben. They get me right every time. Management ran out anyone else who was knowledgeable or cool at all. Pretty sad when an owner can’t see their own mistakes and drive out anyone likeable with good service because of greed. Pay your employees what they are worth. This place used to be the place to go. Ruined by the revolving door bc of poor management and retention skills. Why have a store if you’re going to neglect everything about it. They only just recently decided to fully stock the store. Yeah, the people who have shopped here for a while notice everything. Tired of dispensaries being owned by people who know nothing about the industry just looking for a cash grab. Maybe you could do that some place with a less saturated marked. Not in bay city. Fire the cat litter girl. Promote your staff who has been there from the beginning. It’s all on the owner. Stop money laundering and do your job. It is not the staffs fault. Starts at the top. Look in the mirror.

  Budtender wasn’t wearing shoes when I went in. Not sure what the health code is, but working in the food industry and having worked as a trimmer, I know that isn’t right. She seems new, but that was a deal breaker for me. I’ll continue going to altitude; at least they wear their shoes.
