    While this is written about the Pinellas Park location, the underlying factors appear to be true across all stores, at least in the area. This store has gone downhill fast. I’ve noticed that competent and knowledgeable employees have been replaced with new faces and things continue to get worse. Major concern: You can’t find any terpene information on the site—this is a major factor in MEDICINAL cannabis. Their inventory and options have increased, sure, but the lack of basic detail that all other dispensaries provide makes this a hard sell. Shop here only if you absolutely, positively have to and for whatever reason all other dispensaries are closed (which I actually observed during a hurricane back in 2024–they were required to stay open!) Seems that someone higher up has their priorities out of sync with industry requirements and now has allowed patient information to be compromised. That person, or people, should have to answer some hard questions from the OMMU and data compliance agencies. Finally—it’s crystal clear that the 5-star reviews are submitted by the employees after pressure from higher ups.

    Always a pleasure coming here. No matter if there's 1 person or 6 people in front of you it's always quick and all the employees are super friendly. Not to mention the sale pricing cant be easily beaten for the quality you get at the price point! Definitely recommended stopping by!

    Moss was great at explaining the product to me. She even told me a cute story about a woman owned shop they support and a dog shop that donates to shelters and makes joint sizes half size so you can catch a smoke while you walk the dog. It’s super cool to know that and because of her I bought my dog a “box of blunts” toy. I plan to go back and get that crop top as well. Thank you Moss for looking out for me! 🤌🏼
