Locked the door in me and another customers face at 8:54, I work outside all day in the heat so for people that sit in an a/c while selling weed to do that is pretty scummy. Drove 25 minutes from hyde park to listen to them lock the door 6 minutes before close as I walked up. You guys aren't the only ones getting out late on a thursday.

They say they have a reward system but I never get my rewards stamped when I shop there. And I wanted to know what vape I purchased there the last visit but my purchase history wasn't in the system.

They say it’s the little things in life that add up. For me I find this to be true at route Route 9. When I arrive, I am greeted by uncle John. if it’s not busy He takes a moment to ask how you are And makes you feel welcome. I have watched him bring new customers that walk in Over to budtenders And say these customers are new here can you help them? I then walked into a clean and organized store that is easy to navigate, and if you have any problems They are easily solved by my favorite budtenders Jacob Orlando or Eric. I feel they understand me and what I like and spend time either at the bud bar or counter discussing and recommending product I have met the owner. And now every time he sees me, he comes over and shake my hand and say hello. I appreciate that so to summon it up you have a clean and organized store.(I have seen them sanitizing and wiping down store many times.) great product great door people great budtenders and lots of knowledge behind the counter It’s all the little things that add up to make 1 big great thing and that is route 9.

Such a great store...you walk in and are always surrounded by the best people ALWAYS ready to help you and do their best to find you exactly what you needed. Prices are very good for top notch products. The only Con that would be that every strain/all products should have the CoA on everything thats advertised ...every product. Unfortunately some ppl suffer from many alignments and A COA would help ppl find exactly which terpenes worked the best. I have seen menus in other towns that provide the link for the CoA on every product page. In doing so will only help your store grow providing important instant information so people know exactly what their gonna get. BYW i always shop because they're always prepared AND ALWAYS has 1 of the 3 best brands Ty Rt 9 ...
