There are some places you walk into and forget the moment you leave. Southern Ohio Botanicals isn’t one of those places. This store has become more than just a business to me. Living with multiple sclerosis means some days are harder than others. There are days when simply getting out, moving around, and dealing with the world can feel like carrying a weight nobody else can see. But every time I come here, I’m treated with patience, kindness, and genuine respect. Nobody makes me feel rushed, judged, or like I’m a burden. That matters more than most people realize. The store is always welcoming, well-kept, and comfortable, but the people are what truly make it special. They treat customers like neighbors, not numbers. There’s an honest goodness here—the kind you don’t find everywhere anymore. On difficult days, a friendly conversation and a little understanding can change the whole direction of your afternoon. Southern Ohio Botanicals has helped make life with MS a little easier for me, not through grand promises, but through consistency, compassion, and simply being there. Sometimes the places that help us most aren’t hospitals or big institutions. Sometimes they’re small local businesses filled with good people who remember that kindness still counts. I’m genuinely grateful this store is part of our community. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Don't waste your time ordering from the Waverly store if you're trying to pickup towards the end of the business day. They can't even be bothered to keep their posted business hours. Rushed to the store, made it 10 minutes before closing (listed as 7pm online and on the front doors)... you guessed it, already closed. Will be finding a more reliable shop from now on

Anything on sale, or on clearance do not buy. check your product sooner than later. And if you ever have a product that’s faulty don’t count on them to do a return.
