(1 bad experience I’m leaving this review for, I’ve been here before with no issue) Disappointing when the worst person in the shop is the manager… Vanessa the manager today made sure I did not want to comeback. I don’t think she understands customer service at all. When I asked her to exchange a product with the same product but a different strain she said that wasn’t possible & argued with me. Only after having basically the same conversation with the cashier. Mind you this about a second after putting cash on the table I changed my mind. The product was identical in weight, price etc I only wanted to change the strain. I’ve never had this problem anywhere at any type of shop before with a manager nonetheless. It’s a shame because everyone else in the past I’ve been here has been great you know very quick, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. I will also say the cashier that rang me up, didn’t catch her name redhead …really bad customer service. This is just a suggestion for the shop the vibe is off when the music is almost as loud like at a club

I thought it was a good place; I used to buy my products there every weekend. But today, when I arrived, the woman checking IDs at the entrance said it wasn't valid, that the dates had expired. In short, she wouldn't let me in. How did the place become so exclusive? Just because of that one bad detail, I'm never buying anything from Stiiizy again. The service from that woman was terrible. It's a shame because it used to be one of my favorite places, but oh well. In the end, one more customer, one less customer. But I will never recommend this brand since the woman implied that Latinos aren't welcome, that you have to have exclusively American IDs that are up to date. So, I'm going to tell everyone I know: Stiiizy doesn't serve Latinos.

I placed a pickup order earlier today and it said the total amount was $60, I even took out exactly that amount from the atm. But when I was ready to pay, the lady, I believe her name is Jessica, said it was $63. I showed her on my phone that is says $60 and she responded “well is says $63 here” and said nothing after. I didn’t wanna make a fuss about it, because it’s only $3, but at the same time I didn’t want to pull out another $20 from the atm, charging me another $5 fee just to use for $3, and she wasn’t saying anything or even curious as to why it’s a different amount on my phone. So I felt like I had no choice but to take something off my order just so I can have enough, even though i was only $3 short. Even on the online receipt I got when I left, it says $60. I have no issue paying $63, I would have came with the exact amount, but it wasn’t worth getting charged $5 just to pull out a $20 and only use $3, and I didn’t wanna cause a scene over it.

This is a great location with a fully stocked selection. They have excellent deals, even on high-quality items, which was a nice surprise. One clerk initially passed on helping us, but we ended up receiving top-tier service from David and Penny. They both had great personalities, were very friendly, and genuinely eager to help everyone. David didn’t hesitate to step in and assist us, and Penny was kind enough to help as well even while he was busy. We were just passing through, but this spot definitely left a great impression. I won’t forget the service and will make sure to stop in again the next time I’m in the area. I was completely satisfied with both the selection and the customer service.
