Been going there for years. Had a terrible costumer service experience with one of the staff there, extremely rude and disrespectful. Will not return.

I’m usually never one to complain or write reviews but This was a horrible experience. I went in and pointed to the same menu where I always order my disposable pods. These pods go into the double battery, so I can mix flavors. The employee gave me a different product, and I didn’t notice the color difference at first. I assumed I was getting what I always get. When I realized it and went back in, the manager, Maria, denied me twice, saying they couldn’t help since the products weren’t defective. I specifically asked for the pods to fit the double battery, but they didn’t even try to understand or correct it. Instead, they just gave me a dismissive attitude, and Maria even tried offering me things I had already paid for. I spent $120, and instead of fixing their mistake, it was just an “oops, you bought it, we can’t do anything” attitude. This is a total failure in customer service. I am very disappointed in the way they handled this. It was a simple fix, but they just didn’t want to make the effort. I’ve come in and ordered the same thing every time—whether it was just the pods, or the pods and flower. So I don’t understand why they couldn’t correct the issue based on my order and purchase history. As stated, I simply thought they changed their packaging. The employee also should have clarified, asking, “Do you have a battery?” So I figured something was off but you cannot open the packages in the store before you purchase them. On top of that, I came right back in after the purchase to correct it, but they still refused to help. Very disappointed in how they decided to handle this.
