I Love how they give credit every time you buy. You also have an option to pay with card an get your $3 back that they charge you for using your card which is amazing. Its my go to place for raw garden whenever my usual place is dry.

I came from Porter Ranch for my first experience at this great dispensary. Vanesa was my exceptional associate. She was knowledgeable and helped me add an item while on site; after I had ordered online(website rocks). Former athlete and utilize for comfort. Sabrina was my highlife of visit. Her warm manner and kind smile captured my attention. I want to take her to a Dodgers game! Best Coach Steven

I visited the Stiiizy store in Canoga Park today, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. As a customer, I shouldn’t walk into a business and hear employees standing around gossiping while there’s already a line of people waiting. The language being used was extremely unprofessional, including employees calling each other inappropriate names and using profanity loudly in front of customers. Regardless of who it’s directed at, that kind of behavior has no place in a professional environment. To make matters worse, while customers were waiting in line, one employee appeared to be flirting with a customer and exchanging phone numbers instead of helping move the line along. It was frustrating to watch when people were there to spend money and receive service. What surprised me most is that every time I’ve visited when the male employees were working, the store seemed much more organized and customers were helped promptly. Today’s experience felt completely different and lacked professionalism from start to finish.

📌 Amazing customer service here! 💯 Special thank you to Stacy for turning a double negative into a double positive. That takes real customer care, patience and great management skills, which she clearly has. And Sabrina, thank you for the small act of kindness, you know exactly what I mean 🫶🏻. It may have seemed small, but it made a big difference in the end of my day. Your empathy and customer service are truly 10/10. Stiiizy Pacoima is lucky to have both of you! 🤍🤍🥂
